Imani Health Education and Outreach Program (IHEOP)

Imani Health Education and Outreach Program (IHEOP) is a program that aims to meet the needs of Oak Park community members facing chronic illnesses, such as diabetes and high blood pressure, and/or are at a greater risk of confronting these illnesses.

Telehealth

Our Imani Clinic undergraduate volunteers train under the guidance and mentorship of our Co-Directors to help you implement lifestyle changes and address health goals through one-on-one Telehealth sessions with patient plans tailored to you

OPCC

In partnership with Youth XPlosion, IHEOPers lead free classes on nutrition, fitness, and cooking at the Oak Park Community Center (OPCC) to teach community members about preventative healthcare on Saturday mornings twice a month
